This notice explains how Nebulaus Pty Ltd (ABN 89 657 367 470) handles personal information in connection with this website and enquiries sent to us. It is intended to meet our obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you contact us by email or through the enquiry form on this website, we collect the information you choose to give us. That typically includes your name, how we can reach you (usually an email address), and a short description of what you need.

The enquiry form only opens your email app to write to hello@nebulaus.cloud. We do not run a chatbot on this site, and enquiry content is not submitted to an AI service or processor through this website.

We do not use advertising cookies on this website. We do not collect payment card details through this website. Pages, including the typeface, are served from our own site. We do not load fonts, analytics, or advertising from Google or any other third party.

Why we collect it

We collect personal information to respond to your enquiry, to keep a record of the conversation, and (where you ask us to) to provide professional services. We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing lists.

How we use and disclose it

We use personal information only for the purposes above, or for closely related purposes you would reasonably expect. We disclose it only where necessary:

• to people inside Nebulaus who need it to reply or deliver work;
• to service providers who host our email, website, or business systems, under arrangements that require them to protect the information;
• where Australian law requires or authorises disclosure.

Where information is handled

Enquiries go to our Australian team via hello@nebulaus.cloud. Personal information in those enquiries is handled in Australia through our email systems. Our email is provided through a Microsoft 365 tenant; Microsoft may process mail as part of that service.

Storage, security, and retention

Personal information is held in our business systems and with the professional service providers we use to run email and related tools. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

We keep enquiry emails as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete or archive them under our normal practices, or earlier if the law requires.

Access, correction, and complaints

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading. Write to hello@nebulaus.cloud.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter, you may complain to us at the same address. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
